1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using PDF-Help (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Pepperose LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of PDF-Help. These Terms apply to all users globally, with specific additional rights extended to consumers in the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), and the United Kingdom (UK) as outlined herein.
2. Service Description
PDF-Help is an online document processing platform that provides a suite of tools for working with PDF and other document formats. The Service includes, but is not limited to, features such as PDF conversion, editing, merging, splitting, compression, AI-powered analysis, summarisation, form filling, annotation, digital signatures, and other document management capabilities.
All tools and features are delivered digitally through your web browser. No physical products are shipped or delivered. We reserve the right to update, modify, add, or remove features, content, and service structure at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee that any specific feature will remain available indefinitely.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using PDF-Help, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
4. Plans and Pricing
PDF-Help is offered as a recurring subscription service. Access to all features requires an active subscription.
4.1 Trial Period
$0.01 for 24 hours
New users may begin with a trial period at a one-time charge of $0.01 (one cent, USD). This trial grants full access to all PDF-Help features for a period of 24 hours from the moment of activation. The trial is designed to allow you to evaluate the Service before committing to a full subscription.
After the 24-hour trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to the standard recurring plan at $29.99 per 28-day billing cycle, unless you cancel before the trial period expires.
4.2 Standard Subscription
$29.99 every 28 days
The standard subscription provides unlimited access to all PDF-Help features, including document processing tools, AI-powered analysis, conversion utilities, and all future updates released during your active subscription period. The subscription automatically renews every 28 days at $29.99 (USD) until cancelled. Each 28-day billing cycle begins on the date your trial ends or, if no trial was used, the date of your initial subscription purchase.
4.3 Pricing Changes
Prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). Pricing may be displayed or charged in other currencies depending on your region, exchange rates, local taxes, or third-party payment processor fees. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with prior notice. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following notification.
5. Billing and Payment
- The subscription is billed automatically every 28 days to the payment method you provide at sign-up or checkout. The trial period, if applicable, is billed at $0.01 for the first 24 hours, after which the standard rate of $29.99 per 28-day cycle applies.
- We accept payment via credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- All payment information is processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. Payment card data is held exclusively by our payment acquirer in accordance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) requirements.
- We may perform a pre-authorisation (pre-auth) on your payment method to verify its validity before your trial or billing period starts. Pre-authorisation amounts are temporary and will be released by your bank.
- If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend your access until payment is successfully collected. You remain responsible for any outstanding amounts owed.
- Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable consumer protection law or as described in our Refund Policy.
6. Subscription, Cancellation & Termination
6.1 Cancellation by You
You may cancel your subscription at any time using any of the following methods:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to all features until the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle, except as required by applicable law.
6.2 Cancellation During Trial
If you cancel during the 24-hour trial period, you will not be charged the standard subscription fee of $29.99. You may continue to use the Service until the trial period expires. The $0.01 trial charge is non-refundable.
6.3 Termination by Us
Pepperose LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, fraudulent activity, failure to pay, or any conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users, the Service, or our business interests.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We are not liable for any loss of data or access resulting from account termination.
7. Digital Content & Right of Withdrawal
7.1 Nature of Service
PDF-Help is a digital service. By subscribing and using the Service, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to digital content that is delivered online and does not involve any physical goods.
7.2 EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
Exceptions apply:
- If you begin using the Service before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, and you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal, you forfeit your right to withdraw.
- For subscriptions, use is considered to begin when you log in and start using any tools or features within PDF-Help.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at help@pdf-help.com with your name, email address, and order reference. Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your request.
8. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your email address and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.
- Account sharing is not permitted. Each subscription is for a single user only. Sharing your account credentials with others may result in suspension or termination of your account.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, graphics, user interface elements, software, source code, algorithms, documentation, trademarks, and other materials made available through PDF-Help are the exclusive property of Pepperose LTD or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes during the term of your active subscription. Unauthorised use, reproduction, copying, modification, reverse-engineering, decompilation, or distribution of any part of the Service is strictly prohibited.
Documents you upload and process through the Service remain your property. We do not claim ownership over your content.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree to use PDF-Help only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
- Use the Service to process, store, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.
- Use the Service to distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful software.
- Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access or interact with the Service without our prior written consent.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or any content obtained through the Service without our express authorisation.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein.
Violation of these acceptable use provisions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content processed through the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pepperose LTD, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 28-day billing cycle immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, United Kingdom.
EU, EEA & UK Consumers: This choice of governing law does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence. If you are an EU, EEA, or UK consumer, you may bring claims in your local courts as permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms restricts any rights you have under the consumer protection legislation of your country of residence that cannot be waived by agreement.

14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of PDF-Help after any changes to these Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
